The aim of this study is to find the Bogoliubov-Born-Green-Kirkwood-Yvon (BBGKY) hierarchy equations in Curvilinear Coordinates. These equations were used to calculate plasma distribution functions at very high temperatures. The analytical form of the classical two and three particles distribution functions were obtained for two models; relativistic pure electron plasma and dusty plasma. Our results were compared with others.Dusty plasma; (BBGKY) hierarchy, Curvilinear Coordinates.
